It all started in
Oakland, California.

As a young girl, my first attempt at baking was from a cookie cookbook I bought through school. My chosen recipe was “Peanut Butter Cookies - crisscrossed crisp cookies”, but instead of crisp, they were ROCK HARD. Turns out I forgot to add the baking soda. And that was the beginning of my baking journey.

Since then, I have read many cookbooks, took various baking courses and tested and tweaked recipes until I formed a collection of tried and true favorites that I share to celebrate family events or show appreciation to folks in my community.

After much praise and encouragement from loved ones asking me when I’m going to open up my own bakery, I finally took their words more seriously when the pandemic caused me to reevaluate my life’s direction. I hope you enjoy every sweet bite of my creations. Thank you for supporting my small business!
